Refund policy

How refunds work

When you pay for an order on Jarabay, Jarabay holds your money. The seller is paid only after you confirm you received your order, or after the protection window on your order ends.

If something is wrong

Open the order from My orders and tap Report a problem before you confirm it. Jarabay reviews the report and, where it is right, refunds you to the original payment method.

Seller policies

Each seller can also set their own returns rules, shown on their store page. Where a seller's rules give you more than this page, the seller's rules apply.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are sent back through the same payment provider. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
