Ask us to delete your account and data

You can ask Jarabay to delete your account and the personal details we hold about you.

How

Sign in, then use the request form below. If you cannot sign in, use the Contact page from the email address on your account.

What happens

We confirm it is you, then delete or anonymise your profile, addresses and saved items within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as payment and order records for tax and fraud checks, are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Sellers with money in their wallet should withdraw it first. Open orders must be completed or cancelled before an account can be closed.
